We're growing rapidly and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Graphic Designer who has proficiency in Figma to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong visual communication skills, and extensive experience using Figma to create exceptional digital designs and user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation and Development:

• Utilize Figma to create visually appealing and functional designs for digital products, websites, mobile applications, and user interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts and ideas into high-quality designs that align with project goals and user needs.

• Prototyping and Wireframing:

• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes using Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts and user flows.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and enhance user experiences.

• Design System Implementation:

• Establish and maintain design systems, libraries, and component libraries within Figma for consistency and scalability across projects.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards in all deliverables.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, iterate on designs, and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.

• Stay Updated with Design Trends and Tools:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in design, specifically within the Figma ecosystem.

• Continuously explore and implement new Figma features and functionalities to optimize design workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 2-3  years of professional experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma expertise and design projects.

• Proficiency in Figma design software, including advanced knowledge of Figma features, components, and collaboration tools.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
