We are a close-knit team of UX designers, graphic designers, and researchers who are passionate about creating beautiful & user-friendly products that are business driven and ethically persuasive.

About you:

You are a budding UX designer with 1-3 years of experience, eager to take your UX skills to the next level. You have a keen eye for detail, a knack for solving complex problems, ability to understand user needs & translate it to product ideas, passion for creating delightful visual design, and above all, willing to learn something new every day.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our team of designers, researchers, and product managers to create the best solutions for our products
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes and visual designs that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate your design decisions
• Monitor the designs & improvise the solutions from time to time
• Make use of the up-to-date UX trends & ethical UX practices

What you'll Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in UX design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing your design projects and process
• Basic understanding of UI development (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)
