At Playrix, we're working on a new ambitious project set to be the next blockbuster in the match-3 genre. Our team, led by the creators of Homescapes, includes only top-tier professionals, with no middle-level specialists, and we aim to evolve into a dynamic R&D hub within the company.
For us, a Lead UI Artist is someone with a strong creative background who can create any UI/UX design on a turnkey basis, manage viewer attention, and motivate players to stay in the game. Together with the art director and producer, you'll oversee the birth of our new game and form the visual style of its interface.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
3+ years of experience creating interfaces for mobile games (preferably in a casual style)
Strong portfolio in UI/UX
Thorough understanding of usability principles
Experience making interface concepts in a given style
Ability to give competent feedback on UX/UI
Fluency in Russian and proficiency in written English
Preferred
Experience creating a visual style and developing graphics for a new product
Experience creating 2D graphics (illustrations, characters) for interfaces in the gaming industry
Experience managing, evaluating, and developing a team
Understanding the requirements and trends of the casual mobile games market
