Tasks

Leading the creation of features from the game design perspective: creating concepts and game design documentation, reviewing game mechanics, designing game economy and monetization

Drawing conclusions based on the analysis of features alongside analysts and producers

Assessing builds and taking responsibility for the quality of implementation
Requirements

Experience working as a game designer, lead game designer, or producer

Game savvy, knowledge of the gaming market

Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals

Fluency in Russian
