Job Description:

As the UX Designer, you will partner with the Head of Engineering, Chief Software Architect and the engineering team to accomplish the mission of building KYRO. You are expected to demonstrate thought leadership to ensure the products are perceived well and their values are well understood by the customers.

In this role,

• You will work with cross-functional teams to understand the roadmap and vision of the product to design a high-quality UI/UX.
• You will define and drive the UX vision and identity of KYRO.
• Your research input and product validation would help advise the product and engineering teams to define the roadmap.
• You will dive deep into customer insights, product analytics and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and drive product experience innovation.
• You will lead iterative user research for ideation and concept refinement.
• You will be skilled to rapidly iterate ideas and convert them to user flows, mock-ups and prototypes as appropriate.
• Your proficiency in various UX design tools brings in agility to work with the engineering team.

Your responsibilities also include

• Evangelizing initiatives to a diverse audience, across business and technical teams in both ad-hoc and formal presentations.
• Staying on the cutting edge of what's new in technology and user experience, identifying, experimenting with acting on new technologies and interaction patterns.
• Contributing to the future direction of design at KYRO driven by innovation.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• UX design experience with proficiency using contemporary design tools to solve complex problems and communicate in visually stunning detail.
• Experienced in interpreting user research study data and incorporating quantitative customer data into UX deliverables.
• Experienced in designing UX for Mobile and Web applications.
• A strong portfolio of innovative design work that demonstrates industry-leading design and business success.

Preferred:
• Master’s degree in design, HCI or equivalent professional experience.
