What would you be doing?

• Own the overall product and design directions & roadmap for 3 suites of Wishlink Product - creator, brand and user side
• Interact with 3 user personas (users, creators, brands) to understand behaviors, goals and motivations
• Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead to an intuitive user experience
• Design and discover workflows that allow you to test designs early and often, and then iterate upon feedback
• Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers & business folks to anticipate and identify user needs
• Come up with features and improvements that you can ship quickly and measure for effectiveness
• Enable engineering and product teams with robust product testing for bugs/errors

What we are looking for?

If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)

• 3+ years of professional experience in designing high-growth, impactful products (e-commerce/ social media experience is a plus)
• A portfolio that demonstrates the breadth and depth of your work along with your thinking process and execution will help us decide faster
• Solid Visual Design, UI and Interaction Design skills
• A very high bar for the designs you ship (super important)
• High ownership and initiative-taking (super important)
• Awesome communication skills, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to navigate through the dynamic, fast-paced work environment of an early-stage startup
• Open to learning new stuff
• Humble, kind and open to feedback (super duper important)

Attention on the internet is prime real estate. Creators can choose what they want to do with their real estate. A storefront of their own, renting it out as a multi-brand outlet for other brands. We are equipping them with these storefronts where they can tag products with their Insta & Youtube posts, create curated collections of their favorite products - and sell directly to their followers.

Team & Investors

We’re 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, friends from college with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and, consume content for hours (XD). We have raised a seed round of ~$3M, led by Elevation Capital (marquee investor with strong consumer tech and products portfolio) and an amazing cohort of 40+ angel investors.
