Job brief:

We are hiring a UI Designer who will be part of a collaborative and An expert in visual design for digital applications, a talented designer to design innovative Uls for web & mobile-based applications. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will be welcomed and celebrated. One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and our customers, as well as serving Darklion Studio's purpose, business missions, and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

• Validating ideas and designs using split A/B tests and product performance.

• Collaborating and communicating professionally with clients and internal teams.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy paths and edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

We want you onboard, if you have:

• At least 3-5+ years of experience working as a UI/Interaction Designer.

• Experienced in designing complex SAAS products, web and mobile applications to marketing websites.

• UI Design (both responsive and desktop-only designs using Figma, XD or Sketch)

• Prototyping & Interaction flows.

• Emails, Landing page designs.

• Having skills in Graphic Design/Illustrations will be a plus.

• Demonstrable Ul design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, OffiniGraffle, or other

• visual design and wire-framing tools.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (effectively selling an idea).

• Up-to-date with the latest Ul trends, techniques, and technologies

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Ability to handle and manage projects.
