You have:

• Good amount of styleframe renders to show
• Pleasure opening C4D, Maya or similar softwares
• A calling to actively engage in project planning, supervise team and delegate work
• Clear communication skills on giving constructive feedback in English
• Serious team-player symptoms
• Multitasking skills for simultaneous projects
• Good eye for the latest trends
• Experience solving technical challenges
• High organizational skills
