As team guide / leader

1. Project planning and delegation of tasks to the team
2. Regular team interactions motivate the team members work efficiently
3. Guide the team by giving constructive feedbacks
4. Help the team to upgrade their skillsets

As project manager / co-ordinator

1. Daily co-ordination with the team to track project schedules and deliveries
2. Ideate, plan and set correct timelines for projects
3. Be a part of clients
4. Eye for detail and do quality checks
5. Multi-tasking of projects

We are looking for

• People and time management skills
• Proficiency in programs such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS PowerPoin
• Good understanding of Design Fundamentals
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism regarding project management
• Updated knowledge of latest trends in the market

Extra points for any of the following

• Knowledge of animation software
• Creative skills in sketching
• Good at content writing skill
