Job Description

You are responsible for the consulting, the planning, the conception and the introduction of new services and tools. Manage together with the whole GS/TE the implementation of the digital framework within the business.

  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs, analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, Create user personas and user journey maps to guide design decision
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive prototypes, ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user interface elements.
  • Integrated implementation: support the business to analyze and interpret data for key messages to support the decision making, including the outputs of analytical tools, methodologies and models.
  • Live cooperation: Identify potentials and new needs together with your customer and create new services
  • Create something new: identify potentials and needs within the organization to create great end to end solutions and services to reach a better customer experience; support the development of the digital business strategy, policy deployment and implementation of dashboards as well as reporting tools within the business.
  • Point of contact: Act as point of contact for Product Owner, Service Owner and Project Leads, BU leaders, employees and stakeholders
  • Structured analysis: Identify user needs with qualitative and quantitative research methods and communicate them within the customer team.
  • Inspire customers: You are responsible to conduct Innovation und Design Thinking workshops together with your customer.
  • Help shape the future: support the digital framework deployment, identify and engage change champions, establish an open community of decentralized change agents as well as redefine the talent management for the digital age.
  • Use your creativity and freedom: support the creation of diverse and novel ideas, broad interests and constructive criticism

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology or Interaction Design or Information Design (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: several years (3-5) of relevant professional experience in the field of UX  and UI projects, User-centered-design methods
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Joy of working with customer teams.
  • Languages: very good English skills written and spoken, good German skills written and spoken is an advantage
  • Personality: You are characterized as a visionary and open-minded person. You are a team player, passionate about new technologies and you convince with your flexible and hands-on mentality.
  • Working practice: thinking analytically, working strategically and conceptually
