Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the company's visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
2. Design marketing materials such as digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and print collateral that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
3. Produce compelling video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional materials, leveraging video editing skills to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualise and execute design solutions that support business goals and user needs.
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
6. Provide design support and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency and quality across all touch points.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (1-2 years) working as a designer (graphic design and motion graphics), preferably in a fast-paced environment or with fintech companies.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma.
3. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
4. Strong portfolio is a must showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on branding, digital/web design, video editing, and animation.
5. Demonstrated skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar, is a great advantage.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
