We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a diverse skill set and expertise in various design disciplines, including character design, concept design, UI design, visualization, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs across multiple platforms, including digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional visual solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design and create captivating character designs, concept art, and illustrations for various projects, including games, animations, and branding campaigns.
2. Develop visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces (UI) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences (UX).
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications.
4. Create high-quality, pixel-perfect illustrations, icons, and graphics using Adobe Illustrator, maintaining a consistent visual style across different design projects.
5. Generate innovative and creative design concepts, presenting them through sketches, storyboards, and visual prototypes.
6. Collaborate with the development team to provide necessary design assets and specifications.
7. Create visual assets for marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
8. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions, incorporating usability testing and user-centered design principles.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance the overall design process and deliverables.
