The Role

We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning social media posts that delivers our brand message effectively.

Position : Graphic Designer
Location: Mindspace , Malad (West)

Salary : 30,000 - 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media platforms, marketing collateral, presentations, and branding materials.

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create effective visual designs.

Create and implement design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client or project specifications.

Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools to ensure that designs are modern and visually appealing.

Prepare and optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and high-quality output.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the required standards of aesthetics, usability, and functionality.

Collaborate with the development team to provide design assets and specifications for web and mobile application development.

Support the marketing team in creating engaging visual content for social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.

Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive design concepts.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
