Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Data & Analytics team and help create seamless and engaging user experiences across our visualization platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user satisfaction through thoughtful interaction design.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve interface designs.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
