Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Artist at 8Sense, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through stunning visualizations and immersive experiences. From conceptualization to execution, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creative expertise to a wide range of projects spanning branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Develop compelling visual concepts, CGI ads and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights to enhance project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge and supporting team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in style and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, compositing, or visual effects is a plus.
• Experience with CGI motion ad knowledge would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
• Experience in creating assets for interactive applications or gaming platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
