UI/UX Designer (Lead)

About the Role:

As a Product Marketer at Glowing Bud, you will be a key member of our marketing team responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that tells our story to our target audience. You will create and communicate the value proposition of our product, drive customer adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.

What we are looking for:

An experienced and passionate B2B SaaS Product Marketer who blends product and domain depth. You will be at the heart of defining and communicating our unique value proposition to the world, building our go-to-market strategy, and executing product launches, as we scale and embark on the next phase of our growth. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product organization to ensure effective synergy and execution on product marketing campaigns and ongoing GTM strategy.

What you will do:

● Develop a deep understanding of our customers and our market, build the personas and use cases, and use this information to help craft and execute on our go-to-market strategy.

● Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the unique value of our product.

● Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases, including product launches, and sales enablement materials.

● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.

● Content: Produce high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, sales presentations, case studies, and blog posts, to educate and engage target customers.

● Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our product to customers.

 Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with satisfied customers, turning them into advocates who can provide testimonials and participate in case studies.

● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and insights.

● Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.

● Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product marketing initiatives.

 

Best suited for candidates who (Skills/Experience) have:

● 8+ years of hands-on experience with most core product marketing functions - messaging, competitive positioning, asset creation, sales enablement, market research, and product launch.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

● Proven success in past roles - building and growing teams, developing people, growing revenue, driving career progression.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market and product data to make informed decisions.

● Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Knowledge of the drone industry or related technologies is a plus.

● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

● Good to have: experience in high-growth companies or companies who have grown from $10m - $100m+.
