We are a leading digital agency based in Dubai. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and help us continue to raise the bar in the digital design space to join our dynamic team in Calicut.

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Nuox Technologies(Part of Element 8 group), you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital projects. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and delivering captivating visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.

2. Motion Design: Create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

3. Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage to create compelling narratives and visual experiences.

4. Typography: Incorporate typography and text animations to effectively convey messaging in video content.

5.. Visual Effects: Add visual effects, transitions, and special effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of motion graphics.

6. Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of motion graphics.

8. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

> Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related field for at least 2 years.
> Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
> Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphic and animation work.
> Knowledge of video compression, formats, and delivery methods for various digital platforms.
> Understanding of current design and animation trends.
> Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
> Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines.
