Senior Graphic Designer

ROLE PRIORITIES:

·        Create and collaborate with the team to develop on-brand and compelling assets that fulfill the marketing experience objectives

·        Work with the team, while utilizing own artistic ability, skills, training, and creativity to help create thoughtful, trend forward design results


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Developing and designing marketing materials for seasonal product launches (Emails, Paid Social, Digital, Ecommerce and Social)

·        Create one consistent brand voice across all channels

·        Pitch concepts for and execute web initiatives, including site updates, emails, banner ads etc.

·        Expand on visual identities of the brand, collaborations, and internal initiatives

·        Creating Domestic and International Digital asset rollout for e-commerce and affiliate

·        Support in Retail assets for print, digital, and social

·        Collaborate with the team to provide design solutions for UX/UI design

·        Assist the Senior Art Director with building out decks for internal presentations and pitches and develop new formats, if necessary

·        Create and establish efficient workflows with the team

·        Other design projects and responsibilities as assigned


ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·        5+ years direct design experience preferably within the fashion, beauty, luxury or ad agency space

·        Bachelor’s degree (Graphic Design, Design, Fine Arts or similar degree)

·        Adept multitasker who can shift from task to task

·        Highly organized

·        Retouching knowledge is preferred

·        Communicative and collaborative team player: comfortable with consistent collaboration across departments and implementing feedback

·        Ability to work under tight deadlines

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Knowledge of social media platforms

·        Well-versed utilization of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

·        Knowledge of AfterEffects and Premiere is preferred

 

BENEFITS:

·        $75,000 - $90,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
