We're looking for a Product Designer who is excited and ready to deliver high-quality, beautifully simple user experiences that our customers will love - a true advocate for product, users, and genuine creativity.

What’s the position?

• Manage a comprehensive library of mockups, ensuring organization, accessibility, and version control.
• Develop animated interfaces to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Create feature prototypes to demonstrate functionality and design concepts effectively.
• Coordinate closely with project managers to align mockup and interface development with project timelines and goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing design team to integrate mockups and interfaces into promotional materials.
• Design and produce promotional banners tailored to match tentpole events and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mockup creation, interface animation, and promotional design.
• Conduct regular quality assessments of mockups and interfaces to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and user experience standards.

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

• You have over 3 years experience designing across mobile and web interfaces
• You’re an expert in prototyping tools such as Figma and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• You have a creative spark (see cats, ligers and robo-unicorns above)
• Experience in developing UI guidelines and/or design systems that enable others to build on your work effectively.
• Understanding of how to uncover user needs through research and user empathy.
• An excellent understanding of customer-centered design (Design thinking, HCD, Agile, Lean UX a must)
• You appreciate big picture thinking and recognize the importance of prioritizing the short term milestones that will move the needle towards the long term mission.
• You're data-driven and use data insights to influence designs
• You have a creative mindset
• You can work independently and take ownership of your projects
• You're highly organized and great at time management
