Senior UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a UI/UX designer proficient in multiple skills, ranging from human psychology to design and technology.
Designers need to understand business goals and map user behavior to the goals and designs. They will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsibilities:
Design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience
Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups
Collaborate with other team members
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Emerge with new ideas
Requirements:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience
Expertise in UI/UX software Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, subsystems, usability, and accessibility concerns
Ability to effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams
Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
