As a Product Designer at Snitch, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital presence and creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as the first designer, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to establish and evolve our design standards and practices.You will play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity of our brand and crafting user interfaces that captivate and delight our audience.

We are seeking a maverick UI/UX designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for building innovative and intuitive digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into elegant and user-friendly designs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on solutions that elevate our brand and drive engagement.

What You Will Do

• Utilize your design skills and deep understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles to create intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning shopping experiences.

• Lead design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user research initiatives to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Use these insights to inform your design decisions and drive continuous improvement in our products and services.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into compelling design solutions. Foster a collaborative and inclusive design process that encourages feedback, iteration, and experimentation.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts using industry-standard tools and techniques. Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and optimize your designs for usability, accessibility, and effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the field of UI/UX design. Experiment with new approaches, patterns, and interactions to push the boundaries of design innovation and differentiation.

Who You Are:

• Atleast 1 year of experience in designing user experiences within a consumer internet environment. Preferably experienced in ecommerce design

• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools

• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to translate business requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Passionate about creating memorable and delightful user experiences

• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
