Job Description:As a UX Designer - Design System Specialist, you will lead the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a seamless user experience across all our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create a unified and user-friendly design language.

 Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation and evolution of a comprehensive design system that includes colors, typography, icons, components, and layouts.

• Establish and document design principles, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a consistent and cohesive user interface.

• Utilize Figma as the primary tool for developing and documenting the design system.

• Create reusable components, symbols, and styles to streamline the design process and ensure consistent implementation.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other UX/UI designers to integrate the design system into the product development lifecycle.

• Conduct regular design reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, incorporating insights into the design system.

• Perform usability testing to validate the effectiveness of design system components and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on design systems.

• Strong proficiency in Figma design and prototyping.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic view of the user experience.

• Experience with version control systems for design assets is a plus.
