Job Posting: Senior UX Designer at KlearNow

KlearNow is a fast-growing software company that is disrupting the logistics industry by simplifying the customs clearance process with a cutting-edge cloud-based platform. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us continue to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that improve the way our customers manage their supply chain logistics.

As a Senior UX Designer at KlearNow, you will have the opportunity to work on a platform that is transforming the way global trade is managed. You will be responsible for leading the design of new features and enhancements to our existing platform, using your expertise to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design new features and enhancements to our platform.

• Lead design thinking workshops and other ideation sessions to help generate new ideas and concepts.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve the user experience.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design documentation.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping to foster a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio that showcases your design process and the ability to show The Double Diamond Design Thinking Process.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

• Experience leading design thinking workshops and other ideation sessions.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
