We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with proficiency in Figma to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into elegant and intuitive interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and Figma.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and Figma expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus but not required
