Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and layout educational books and materials using InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure all designs align with educational content standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and illustrators to deliver cohesive and visually appealing materials.
• Utilize knowledge of child psychology and color theory to create engaging designs for children’s educational content.
• Edit images and graphics as needed to enhance visual appeal and educational impact.
• Adapt to project requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience with image editing.
• Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
• Experience in designing for educational books and content creation, preferably for children, is mandatory.
• Familiarity with child psychology and the effective use of color in children’s books.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback positively.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience in educational materials is required.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $700 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
