Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Graphic/Visual Designer! As our next Photoshop & Illustrator prodigy, your role and tasks will be centered around… wait for it… graphic designing! Our company has a wide variety of products and services, so you will have the chance to work on a wide range of different themes each with their unique tone and style. While flexing your creative muscles, you will also be tasked with maintaining high accessibility standards in your designs.

Your Role:

  • Create beautiful and engaging visuals and illustrations for print and digital use, following brand and product guidelines.
  • Work with the Lead Visual Designer and stakeholders, discussing ideas, creating design variations and implementing feedback.
  • Collaborate with a team of Designers and stakeholders from across the organization, responding to requests within defined deadlines. 
  • Create newsletters, banners, event booths, rollups, icons, illustrations, logos, brochures, flyers, infographics, data visualizations, logos, graphic guidelines, presentations, etc.
  • Adapt existing designs to different formats while following our guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
  • Review and offer design feedback throughout the design process, from brainstorming to researching, sketching, and final delivery.
  • Apply and promote best practices and processes of the Design Team, sharing knowledge and seeking feedback from others.
  • Collaborate with different departments and creative groups to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals.
  • Create mock-ups and clean presentations to showcase your work and that of colleagues to various stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

You have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts, Design, or equivalent experience.
  • portfolio showcasing your talent and design process.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent affinity with branding and a great sense of aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Mastery of color theory, typography, iconography, and layout.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Initiative, autonomy, and sense of ownership, ability to manage projects from A to Z.
  • Organizational skills: maintain clean, organized files and documents. 
  • Team spirit, communicating regularly with the team, adapting to the group, its work methods, and maintaining a collaborative, constructive attitude.
  • Ability to quickly create multiple design solutions within tight deadlines while keeping a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent time management and sense of initiative. You don't wait for things to come to you, you are naturally curious and willing to improve the products and processes you work on.
  • Awareness of current trends in design and techniques, as well as the willingness to learn, grow, and share.
  • Ability to communicate and present. You can express your ideas clearly and explain your design decisions.
  • Openness to discussing and receiving regular and frequent feedback.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with animation techniques and tools (After Effects)
  • Knowledge of 3D tools for designing illustrations, icons, mockups
  • Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar tools for UI and prototype design
  • Experience integrating AI tools into your design process
