About the Role

A graphic designer at Madeo gets to collaborate with other designers, strategists, engineers, and directly with client teams. We even have a ‘buddy system‘ where a designer can have another designer as a peer on different projects.

We are inviting an experienced mid-level designer that enjoys collaborating directly with client team members on design for social media, emails, data visualization, motion graphics, and web based projects.

As a graphic designer, there would also be opportunities to collaborate with other Madeo team members on branding projects and website design projects, based on interest and relevant skill sets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Genuine interest working with nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands.
• 2 to 5 years of direct relevant experience as a designer. More experienced candidates would also be considered.
• Past professional design experience of working directly with clients in an agency or freelance setting.
• Relevant experience designing for digital communications (email, social media, and other marketing designs).
• Professional experience with brand identity design.
• You are eligible to work in the United States.
• Being able to work in EST timezone is a must (10am-6pm). If you live in New York, that’s a plus.
• Enjoy working remotely but are also interested in getting together for special occasions and retreats.
