As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a UI/ UX Designer to join our Web Development team in our office in Bangalore.  

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our internal and external products, as well as our company and games websites. You will work closely with our design and development teams and report to our Lead Designer and collaborate to produce high-quality designs. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about design, and interested in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user interfaces for internal and external products and websites.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers for seamless integration of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.
• Analyse user behaviour to enhance the user experience.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Maintain visual design consistency across tools and websites.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG).Optimise graphic assets for web use.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Communicate design ideas to stakeholders effectively.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Suggest innovative solutions to improve user experience.
• Continuously develop new design skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web interface and user experience design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience with accessible designs.
• Passion for games and familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Based in one of our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
