Job Description:
As Associate UX designer you will:

• Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process.
• Drive the design review cycle, close on design requirements and interact with product managers and understand product priorities and needs.
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. Maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Come up with solutions that can fulfill the user needs without compromising the business goals.
• Identify the best and minimum viable features sets to be designed to give optimum user experience.
• Work closely with the product/research team and users to validate the need and usability of designed features.

Required Skills:

• Ability to create great user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices (flows, prototypes, wireframes) and solid visual designs.
• Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Experience of working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and practice.
• Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the hard work required to solve creative challenges.

Desired Skills:

• Consumer focused internet experience, designing dynamic end-to-end online experiences or any mobile app/games design experience is a must.
• Significant contributions to web or mobile applications.
• Fast and Interactive Prototyping skills.
• Detailed and clear interaction design specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions.
