Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Based: The role will be primarily based in our Portsmouth office, located at Lakeside, North Harbour. We work a hybrid model with a minimum 60% of time based in the office (3 days for a full-time employee).

The role of Creative Artworker at BTS:

This is an entry level project role within the organisation, well suited to someone looking to progress in a design role.

In this role you will:

• Work within our European Design Team to provide graphic support for our learning programmes delivered to multinational companies across the globe.
• Work primarily on editing the layout and beautifying PowerPoint decks and producing a wide range of print materials to support our experiences, but also work in more niche opportunities designing and editing complex, content rich learning solutions for our clients, including digital UI and videos, all according to our client’s branding guidelines.
• Have the opportunity to take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully, as you learn and develop.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. The work is responsive to the projects and clients so the pace can fluctuate.

• Are resilient and adaptable, open to navigating change and ambiguity.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.

You will also be asked to work from the Portsmouth office so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the role.
