Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a flair for creativity, and is excited about ice cream! You will be responsible for managing our Instagram and TikTok accounts, creating engaging content, and helping us build a strong online community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, and blog).
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Fluency in English.
