Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, intuitive, and seamless designs that enhance user satisfaction. Responsibilities:

·   Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

·   Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

·   Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

·   Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

·   Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·   Create a cohesive visual language, including iconography, color schemes, and typography.

·   Design user interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance usability and user engagement.

·   Ensure a seamless and intuitive flow throughout the user journey.

·   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

·   Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to team members.

·   Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts and identify areas for improvement.

·   Use insights from testing to refine and optimize the user experience.

·   Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse needs and abilities.

·   Stay informed about accessibility standards and best practices.

·   Work with developers to ensure the proper implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues during development.

·   Conduct design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree in design/ Certification from reputed institutes.

·   4-6years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Skills:

·   Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

·   Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

·   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·   Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.

·   Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Advantages:

·   Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io.

·   Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
