YOUR ROLE

​Work with a team of enthusiastic designers to bring to life exceptional designs and new innovations in the art space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

● Brand Specific

➣ Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG

➣ Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted

➣ Conceptualize creative ideas in line with brand brief

➣ Drive social media campaigns on the design front

➣ Excellent knowledge of color theory & typography

● Team Specific

➣ Be part of team briefings & discussions along with team

➣ Attend internal / external training sessions to build a good skill / knowledge base and apply the same to work at hand

➣ Engage with team members to create a healthy work environment

➣ Embody the culture of creativity, learning & team work within the company

ABOUT YOU

● Professional / Academic Requirements

➣ 1+ years of relevant work experience

➣ A Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or another relevant field

➣ Relevant Post Graduate Degree (Optional)

● Technical Requirements

➣ Proficient in using design software (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)

➣ Good understanding of photography, lighting, color palettes

➣ In-depth knowledge of all digital media marketing platforms

● Creative Requirements

➣ Creative thinking

➣ Quick conceptualization of ideas

➣ Ability to add an innovative touch to work at hand

➣ Up-to-date on creative trends
