Aescape is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Partner Experience who can design delightful and engaging end-to-end experiences for our partners. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering and Research as we become the world’s leading lifestyle robotics company. What You’ll Do 

As a Senior Product Designer - Partner Experience at Aescape you will:

• Drive UX, UI and Service Design for the end-to-end partner experience, including our Concierge POS App.
• Run design sprints and related activities, working quickly to synthesize business and customer goals into compelling partner experiences.
• Partner with other Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to deliver concepts for immediate and long-term strategies.
• Build relationships and collaborate heavily with stakeholders to ensure our designs meet functional requirements.
• Deliver high-fidelity assets and specs ready for cross-platform development.
• Create thorough and detailed solutions for edge cases and technical constraints.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong portfolio of work showcasing your problem solving skills and high design polish.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product designer with strong visual skills.
• Fluency in the emerging design trends, tools and technology.
• Strong written and verbal skills, you use inclusive language to ensure understanding.
• Collaboration skills, you easily communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), you’re aware of yourself and others.
• A driven self-starter who thrives in sometimes ambiguous situation.
• A bias for technology, you pride yourself on your ability to learn, adopt, and champion technologies.
• Background and experience working within B2B and Retail a massive plus.
