Job Description

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work complies with hotel brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events and communications teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.

• Design Creation: Develop creative and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, promotional materials, digital assets and social media content.

• Photography and Image Editing: Select and edit high-quality images for use in various design projects.

• Print and Digital Media: Design materials for print and digital media, ensuring designs are optimized for different platforms.

• Deadline Management: Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the hospitality or luxury industry.

• Proficiency in industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
