YOUR PLAYING FIELD

• As a lead in the UX team, you inspire the team with your ideas and visions, you like to give impulses and invite others to contribute ideas
• You analyze complex requirements and develop innovative lead concepts and strategies for e-commerce platforms, websites, corporate websites, apps as well as email marketing and social media campaigns with a focus on usability, user experience and good conversion
• You design sitemaps, navigation and interaction concepts, process structures, wireframes, prototypes and requirements 
• You work closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve the set goals and are the UX expert for our customers throughout the entire project period
• You design and support workshops for requirements gathering and strategy development for our customers 
• You apply your broad methodological knowledge such as user research, user tests, personas, user stories and use cases in the user-centered design process 

YOUR SKILLS

• You have already successfully implemented several projects, have at least 4 years of professional experience and have gained initial management expertise - ideally in an agency 
• You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of usability, user experience and information architecture
• You have strong communication skills to present concepts clearly and interact with team members, stakeholders and customers. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and can adapt in an agile and fast-growing environment 
• You have expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar. 
• You are interested in the professional guidance of your UX colleagues
