Integrated into our R&D of 120 employees, you will join the UX UI team of 4 employees (2 UX and 2 UI) as a Lead . Working on all of our notary software business products, your role is to manage the team in order to best meet needs.

In this context, you are responsible for the design and optimization of the experience as well as the user interface. You ensure that productions are aligned with “business” objectives, user needs, technical constraints and commercial issues.

Your daily life:

Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, your daily life will be varied:

• You inspire and support the team in order to refine:
  
          - On the UX side:

analysis of user needs, creation of personas, creation and monitoring of wireframe developments, prototyping, iterations and user flows

- On the UI side:

follow the design of the models according to the Design System (Figma), you ensure visual consistency, design aesthetic and functional interfaces, ensure that the interfaces are accessible and comply with accessibility standards.

• To do this:
  
  -  Actively participate in team meetings and be proactive in the formats and implementation of design workshops.
  - You work in close collaboration with the PO (Delivery monitoring), the development, marketing and product teams.
  - Participate in the implementation of Documentation (ensure graphic resources and clear guidelines; Documentation of the design process for each person on the team through ADO).
  - Establish clear design objectives, ensuring you meet deadlines.
