In order to support the development of our  Studio , a team made up of 10 journey design specialists, we are looking for a  UX / UI Designer.

Your role is  to support our clients' projects during the user research, experience strategy definition, journey design, wireframe and user testing phases. You participate in defining our clients' transformation strategy and conduct interviews and workshops with our clients and end users, in an agile context.

Your main missions are:

• The definition of the strategy, the analysis of uses and user needs (Lean Canvas, persona, experience map, etc.) 
• The design of user journeys (service blue print, user flow, etc.) 
• The design of interfaces according to a design system (wireframes, prototype, etc.) 
• Facilitating co-design workshops with clients and users
• The definition, animation, execution and analysis of user tests

You also contribute to the pre-sales phases and participate in responses to calls for tenders as well as defenses. 

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

• From Bac+2 to Bac+5 training (engineering school, design school or specialized UX/UI training)
• You have a minimum experience of 5 years in UX / UI Design  
• You master UX methodologies, wireframing and prototyping tools: Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. 

Know-how :

• You are empathetic and you are the representative of end users
• You are curious and always attentive to UX news and innovations 
• You are autonomous on your subjects and appreciate teamwork
• You are proactive and you know how to present your ideas and defend your convictions to clients
• You have real interpersonal skills allowing you to lead meetings (clients and internally)
• Responsive and rigorous, you are capable of providing quality deliverables within the stipulated deadlines
