As a Technical World Designer reporting to the Lead Technical Designer you will:
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the World Design, Tech Art, & Living World teams to develop and maintain systems, tools and game content.
Tuning AI pedestrians & traffic systems, Procedural tool usability testing and iteration
Participate in technical audits of our design content and help enforce standards and metrics.
Create and maintain design documentation, including feature specification and implementation guidelines
Iterate, balance and tune features based on feedback from the game teams, user testing, and the broader player community
Qualifications

A college diploma in Game Design, Project Management, or equivalent (undergraduate degree an asset)
5+ years of game design experience on commercially successful properties, with a focus on open world game systems in a live environment.
1+ shipped/live titles in a Technical designer role.
Experience with current market trends and consumer feedback with the ability to create and implement ideas based on analytics, data, and research
