We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and icons.

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing requirements.

• Ensure consistency in designs and maintain the integrity of the brand.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with designing for accessibility and understanding WCAG guidelines.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

• Understanding of front-end development frameworks and their impact on design (e.g., React, Angular).
